Classes run from 10.00 to 11.00 am Tuesdays and costs £5 per class.

This class is designed specifically for the older person.  Focussing on movement and chair based exercises. Aiming to improve strength, balance and mobility.  Suitable for all levels of fitness and ages.  As well as being beneficial to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, the class is very social and fun.  F
